The Help My Retirement team organizes federal benefits workshops onsite and off. We are dedicated to providing the information the average federal employee needs to make sense of his or her federal retirement benefits. We give you as much information as you need to help you understand all aspects of your Federal Benefits. We can help you implement financial strategies that make sense for your personal situation – on a stand-alone basis, or as part of a comprehensive financial plan that includes both your Federal Benefits and other financial resources.

Our educators have years of experience in Federal Human Resources knowledge. We approach every Federal Employee meeting with a straightforward desire to help you fully understand how your Federal Benefits work. Whether retirement is years away or just around the corner, our instructors break down your benefits options in an impartial manner. We have no preconceived agenda or any conflicts of interest.

Our benefits workshops are simply intended to inform and educate so that you feel empowered. We are sensitive to the amount of information we present and try not to overwhelm you. We are available during and after our workshops to answer your questions, and we will meet with you individually to go into detail about your personal situation.

Federal employees have excellent benefits, but they are unique and complex. The overwhelming majority of financial advisors do not understand the subtleties and intricacies of your Federal Benefits. Lack of understanding may lead to mistakes that lead to forfeiture of the benefits you have earned. With our help you will be able to make informed decisions about your future.

Our educators have years of experience in the subject of Federal Human Resources. We are specially trained to present the information you will need to make decisions about your benefits. We take the time to use real life examples to illustrate specific topics. Our Federal Retirement Workshops are informative and interactive. At every workshop, attendees have an opportunity to request a complimentary Retirement Income Report. This report is a written blueprint that helps Federal employees plan for retirement. This blueprint includes an evaluation of your cash flow and living expenses, benefits and retirement finances, both before and after you retire.

For many workshop attendees, this is the first time a true financial retirement plan and analysis has ever been completed on their behalf that’s simple and easy to understand. While HR can provide a good general benefits report, we find most Federal employees benefit from our in-depth analysis. Our report fills in the gaps with a more detailed analysis of your complete retirement income. It specifically details your retirement income to help ensure you can enjoy a more secure retirement, without being forced to go back to work.
